Vila is built to hold sensitive information about your family. We collect as little as we can, keep it in the EU, and never sell it or use it for advertising.
What we collect
The data you enter about your baby, sleep, feeds, medication, growth and notes, plus what's needed to sign you in, such as your email address and a device identifier.
How we use it
To run the app: showing your timeline, calculating stats, making sleep suggestions and syncing between your devices and the caregivers you invite.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored with processors located in the European Union.
Who we share it with
- Hosting and database providers, to store and sync your data.
- Crash and stability reporting, without the contents of your logs.
- Apple, which handles all payments.
We don't share data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data. You can delete your account in the app at any time; this permanently removes all associated data. For any request, email support@vilaapp.com.
